Which ukulele should I get?

Hi, I'm thinking of getting a ukulele.
I've narrowed it down to these two:

Which one should I get?
Btw is a soprano to small for a 12 year old? I measured out 14 inches
and it seems small..
At the same time I'm a 1st timer. And I want a ukulele under $50.
I don't wanna buy 2 though.
