Does anyone remember variety shows from the 70s or 80s?

On funtrivia someone asked this question:

"Back in the 70s or 80s I remember a variety show with a live comedian
paired with an animated girl named Bunny. Anyone know what show it
is?"

I don't know the answer to this question and have no memory of any
such show but since reading the question I've been wondering what the
answer is. I've tried looking it up myself but do you know what
happened when you put "70s or 80s variety show" into a search engine?
Or even if you just put "70's variety show" or just "80s variety show"
into a search engine? You get tons of results with no clear clue as
to which one to go to unless you already have a better idea than I do
of what you're trying to find.

btw: I hope this is the right category for this question. I'm
guessing it could be a comedy since it's a variety show but I'm not
sure.
