Why do people say Cliff Burton is overrated?

When he is the best bassist in the world, no one played as good as
him.
He was a bassist you could actually hear, he was amazing, people say
Flea from "Red Hot Chilli Peppers" is better, thats a lie. Cliff has
way more skill.
